Consumer Concerns

REX Home Loans, LLC takes its consumer satisfaction responsibilities seriously. All consumers who wish to register a complaint will be afforded the following rights:

  • An easy method by which to register their complaint.
  • An ability to register a complaint in writing or verbally.
  • A written response to their complaint within 30 calendar days.
  • If applicable, one or more complaint resolution proposals.
  • All consumer complaints will be reviewed by the President of REX Home Loans, LLC.

Complaints received through an intermediary, such as, a regulator will be handled in the same manner as noted herein. However, if state regulations are more stringent than those noted herein, then state regulations shall control.

Consumers may register a complaint in any of the following manners:

  • Email us at consumerconcerns@rexhomeloans.com and explain the basis for your complaint. Your complaint will be forwarded to the President’s email.
